Every book is an adventure

Hi everyone! This card is for the WSW12 challenge to dig through the Two Peas archives and be inspired by a card. I loved the design of this card by Julie Campbell and basically used it as a sketch for my card.

Four pieces of grungeboard were glued to the back of four different scraps of old book paper. The hearts were die-cut from the pieces, giving me four different text hearts. The sentiment panel were die-cut from a scrap piece of inked watercolour paper. The bottom panel was dry embossed and then sanded. The top panel is ledger paper, which was inked with Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy. The brown strip is manila cardstock inked with Brushed Corduroy and then stamped with a script stamp using Walnut Stain ink.

Thank you for looking! Have a great weekend!
